Synbio PhD student Britt Wray gives a talk at Bloom science festival about ethical aspects of restoring nature of the past

Species disappear today at the same rate as when the dinosaurs died 66 million years ago. Scientists worldwide discuss whether 'gene eradication' is the way forward. Thus, in concrete terms, to restore the nature of the past. But can it be done at all - and is it ethical?
