iGEM team presents at Danish Science Week

Danish Science Week is a national event which is held every year. This year it is running on the 26th – 30th of September.  

More than 150,000 children of all ages throughout the country have a chance to be engaged in exploring the world with science and technology.  

This year’s topic is “The Heart & The Brain”. Artificial intelligence, why giraffe has such a big heart, love fragrance and critical thinking are just some of many interesting topics to be introduced during the event. 

Scientists visit different schools throughout the country or students join Mass Experiment and help scientists to collect data.

iGEM team is engaged in bringing science to students. They are to make a series of presentations at Virum Gymnasium, Skolen ved Islands Brygge, Vadgårdskole, Atheneskolen and at Lyngby skole.
