13th Nordic Photosynthesis Congress - NPC13

The Nordic Photosynthesis Congress (NPC) has been a meeting point for photosynthesis researchers in the Nordic and Baltic countries since its first edition in 1991, and has thus become an occasion to meet friends and colleagues.

Major themes for the programme:

  • Structure and function of photosynthetic reaction center and antennae complexes
  • Biogenesis of the photosynthetic machinery and retrograde signaling
  • Regulation and acclimation of photosynthesis
  • Renewable energy: biological and chemical approaches
  • Evolution

An important aspect of this meeting is to give young investigators in the Nordic and the Baltic region an opportunity to present their research both in lectures and on posters, therefore a number of speakers will be selected from their submitted abstracts.
Abstracts can be submitted here, and we look forward to receiving yours.

We are proud to announce that NPC13 will be held in the brand new building of the Copenhagen Plant Science Centre, Faculty of Science, University of Copenhagen, located on Frederiksberg – a central part of Copenhagen.

We are of course also working on a nice social programme giving opportunities for making new acquaintances and catching up with old ones.

To help us make NPC13 a success and rewarding for all, we kindly ask you to spread this information to your colleagues and colleagues.

You can always find the most recent information about NPC13 on npc13-2016.org, but you can also subscribe for the newsletter by writing to info@cap-partner.eu.
